Spanish Knights Templar Sue Pope

The Telegraph.co.uk is reporting today that the Knights Templar in Spain have decided to sue the Vatican to get their stuff back:

The Association of the Sovereign Order of the Temple of Christ, whose members claim to be descended from the legendary crusaders, have filed a lawsuit against Benedict XVI calling for him to recognise the seizure of assets worth €100 billion (US$150 billion).

They claim that when the order was dissolved by his predecessor Pope Clement V in 1307, more than 9,000 properties as well as countless pastures, mills and other commercial ventures belonging to the knights were appropriated by the church.

But their motive is not to reclaim damages only to restore the "good name" of the Knights Templar.

"We are not trying to cause the economic collapse of the Roman Catholic Church, but to illustrate to the court the magnitude of the plot against our Order," said a statement issued by the self-proclaimed modern day knights.

And I am the real Anastasia.

Masons are not bad or evil people just because they are masons,
They just they do not have and can never can have true Templar links, they are very generous in charity and worthy of praise for these deeds though and have used a name they erroneously thought defunct to start a new group within their ranks.
As published in The Evening Times (P15, 9/12/1996) Vatican direction from 1979 (via the Vatican’s Canon Johanes Becker) till today demands that any Templar Order be free of Masons.
The Vatican’s Cardinal Ratzinger (Now the Pope) also specifically mentions neo-orders such as OSMTHU and the USA Masonic led OSMTH as never to be recognized in a 2007 edict.
But this makes it very clear...
On 26th of November 1983 the now Pope Benedict XV1 issued a Declaration on Masonic Associations (cf AAS LXXVI (1984),300.Page 3
The Declaration of the Sacred Congregation; affirms that membership in Masonic Associations remain forbidden by the Church and the Faithful who enrol in them are in a state of grave sin, and may not receive Holy Communion or the Sacraments. it confirms to the faithful that membership in a Masonic Lodge is unlawful. It warns them such membership is incompatible with the Catholic Faith.

Templars don't claim to have any great secrets....or badge collections.

The Chinon document was "discovered" in the Vatican Libraries after a filing error occurred hundreds of years ago, This discovery proves the Templars were forgiven and innocent. However as the knights fled to Crete/ Malta /Scotland and Portugal there were not many to forgive.
It’s not too surprising noting the kidnapping of the Pope previously and the moving of the Vatican to France during this period. Phillip the Fair (IV) used his power most injudiciously.

The cunning forgery “The Charter of Larmenius” of supposed 1314 listing masons within the fold..was examined by the British Library and a French research group and declared a fake (and penned probably in the late 1800’s by the language) and then given to the Freemason’s of London as a curiosity paper.

The Rosslyn chapel was built too late and the builder the Catholic head of the St Clair (some say Sinclair) family actually testified against the Templars along with his son (his families testimony was found to be false by the King and those accused knights were released)...he was not, and the chapel never was anything to do with Templarism, quite the opposite in fact. This chapel also has many Masonic symbols and even “the green man” a pagan symbol predating Christianity...it is just a family built chapel but it is wonderful in an architectural sense, truely a hotchpotch of symbols and the reader gets to apply specific relevance at their peril... masonry was still a guild and not the influence club it was to evolve into (in the 1700’s) six hundred years after the start of Templarism. The Mason’s however were often legates of Templar’s or admired freemen that often worked for the Templars.
(Ps. The knights with crossed legs were close friends of Templars or had done good deeds for Templars, Some were even masons...they were not invested Templars and also Rosslyn was not their original burial place. Many seem confused by this also.)

Lastly the Portuguese OSMTHU group that became the OSMTH which then led by RADM rtd. led another split into what is known today as USA OSMTH.
If any former “Grand Priory” does not recognize this they must be getting ready to start yet another neo-order.

Templar life is actually welcomed subservient work for Christ’s Glory. It would be great if that was what everyone concentrated on.

Templars are humble servants of Christ...so as soon as you see the word supreme in the english translation of the French translation of the Orders Belgian title SMOTJ you know you are dealing with neo-templar styled groups using a title defunct in 1314 trials. The remaining Templars changed the title to avoid persecution and secure royal protection in Spain/Portugal/Malta/Scotland /Belgium etc...It should read sovereign if the translator is versed well. (Part of the Order rules requires Templars to maintain Royal patronage) The buying of a title on the internet is not considered an acceptable way to obtain this... as the neo – groups posing as Orders have done.

You must have a priests recommendation to apply to become a postulant of the Order....other "groups" may omit this requirement.

Templars are practical and very devoted Christian people ...who believe in the work being done for Christ glory, not their own...thus most of their work is done anonymously ...not because they crave secrecy ...but so as to allow Christ the glory. ...ie: non nobis
When the breakaway OSMTH USA trademarked the OSMTH name in the USA and all sorts of religious symbols.... and the called themselves Supreme The Latin translation is roughly correct ...but instead they registered themselves in the UN as Sovereign, they then later realised their mistake but couldn’t go back on it and now hide behind statements like “Our official name is Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani, Latin for “The Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem”, and often shortened to the initials OSMTH or SMOTJ.” Which is just an erroneous translation which does not recognise they are translating the Belgian / French SMOTJ ...not the latin OSMTH...and also shows they have never been admitted or affiliated to the SMOTJ. They don’t even seem to know what it stands for.
So they still utilise the group they broke away from (OSMTH) name “ Sovereign” instead of their own OSMTH USA’s “Supreme” when donating or attending the UN.... http://www.un.org/esa/coordination/ngo/ to get the name of Portuguese Order in print ....as their own name was easily proven to be a false neo-group.
In their own internal literature they correct this, but the UN still believes they are dealing with the ancient Order and not masons. I am not sure why they do this as I am confident the United Nations would be only too happy to deal with them as any group as long as sponsorship was involved.
This OSMTH-USA neo-order Masonic influence group has grown rapidly and their Spanish group is actually suing the Catholic Church...incidentally you have to swear allegiance to the head mason not Christ..
I am glad of any good works but wish freemasonry had enough imagination to use a title that was not already in use for nearly a thousand years.

Non Nobis Domine Non Nobis Sed Nomini Tuo Da Gloriam – see psalm 115 of the CHRISTIAN bible.
Or
Not to us, O Lord, not to us, But to your Name give glory.
This templar prayer and creed is not now ...nor ever has been compatible with any oath of Templar styled freemasonry.
I hope this all is accurate and am looking for guidance where I have erred
